Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Since the products provided by XAI ALGO (including software licenses, API keys, and access to indicators) are intangible digital goods, they are deemed "used" immediately upon delivery or access.

2. No Refund Policy

Strictly, we DO NOT offer refunds once the software access has been granted or the digital key has been sent to the customer. Please ensure that you have read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

3. Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions (via Whop/Coinbase), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the software until the cycle ends, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days.

4. Exceptions

If you are unable to access the software due to a technical error on our end that cannot be resolved within 7 business days, a full refund may be considered upon request.
